Form 141 for July 2026: Challan-cum-Statement of TDS Due on 30 August 2026

The Income-tax Act, 2025 has introduced Form No. 141 as a consolidated challan-cum-statement for specified TDS transactions. Taxpayers who deducted tax during July 2026 under the specified provisions must furnish Form 141 within 30 days from the end of the month of deduction.

Who is required to furnish Form 141?

  • Immovable property: TDS on consideration for transfer of immovable property, other than agricultural land, where the applicable threshold is ₹50 lakh or more, covered by Table Sl. No. 3(i).
